These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 2vgame ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 2vgame website located at https://2vgame.club and all associated pages, features, products, and services offered therein.

By accessing the 2vgame platform — whether to browse, register an account, make a deposit, place a wager, participate in a promotion, or use any other feature — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their contents, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the 2vgame platform regardless of their location.

• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are under guardianship are not permitted to register.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager on 2vgame. 2vgame is an international platform and does not represent that its services are legal in all jurisdictions.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 2vgame. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed, that would restrict your participation in online gaming activities.

To access the full range of 2vgame services, including depositing funds and placing wagers, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.1 Account Information

You must provide a valid email address, a chosen username, and a secure password during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 2vgame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

2vgame operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)

2vgame reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time pending completion of the KYC process. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.3 Account Security

All financial transactions on 2vgame are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 2vgame supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 via JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers may vary. All deposits are credited to your 2vgame account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 2vgame does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by 2vgame within the timeframes stated in the cashier section of the platform. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing times.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• 2vgame reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or refused if KYC verification has not been completed satisfactorily.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

2vgame operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Any transaction suspected of being connected to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be reported to the relevant authorities and all associated accounts will be immediately suspended. 2vgame cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies on AML matters.

All bets placed on 2vgame — including sports bets, casino game bets, slot game wagers, and any other form of wagering available on the platform — are subject to the following general rules in addition to any product-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform.

5.1 Bet Placement

A bet is only considered valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the 2vgame system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed due to technical error, communication failure, or insufficient account balance are void and will not be honoured.

5.2 Odds and Pricing

2vgame displays odds in decimal format. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to a bet are those displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed by the system, not the odds displayed at the time the bet slip was opened.

5.3 Cancellation and Void Bets

2vgame reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared
• Palpable errors in odds pricing, whether caused by human error or system malfunction
• Evidence of match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of corruption affecting the relevant event
• The player's account is under investigation for fraud or terms violation at the time of the event

5.4 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

Cricket betting on 2vgame covers PSL, international T20, ODI, and Test matches. For live in-play cricket betting, all markets are suspended during wickets, boundaries, and other significant events as determined by the 2vgame trading team. Decisions on settlement of cricket markets will follow the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent).

2vgame offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses tied to events such as the PSL season. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your 2vgame account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement for any specific bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 2vgame reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through the use of multiple accounts will be treated as a terms violation.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• 2vgame reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be exploiting bonuses, engaging in arbitrage betting using bonus funds, or otherwise gaming the promotional system in a manner that is not consistent with genuine recreational play may have their bonus funds forfeited and their account suspended. 2vgame's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2vgame platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension and may be subject to permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or at any other time, including false identity, false age, or false payment information.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one 2vgame account for any reason.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market.
• Cheating Software: Using any automated betting software, bot, scraper, artificial intelligence tool, or other software to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using 2vgame to launder proceeds of criminal activity or to conduct any transaction connected to financial crime.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals through your payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the platform.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your 2vgame account.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system malfunctions to obtain an unfair advantage or to extract value from the platform.

All content on the 2vgame platform — including but not limited to the 2vgame name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, game content, text, images, graphics, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of 2vgame or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 2vgame platform solely for your personal, recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any 2vgame content without prior written authorisation
• Use 2vgame's trademarks, logos, or branding in any way that implies affiliation with or endorsement by 2vgame
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any 2vgame software
• Use 2vgame content for any commercial purpose whatsoever

Any unauthorised use of 2vgame intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by 2vgame.

2vgame shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill
• Losses arising from interruptions to the platform caused by maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 2vgame's reasonable control (including force majeure events)
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the 2vgame platform

The 2vgame platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 2vgame makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

2vgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You are found to have violated any provision of these Terms
• 2vgame is required to do so by a court order, regulator, or law enforcement authority
• Your account shows signs of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity
• You have provided false or misleading information at any point
• Your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months

Upon termination of your account for cause, 2vgame reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in your account pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that your account was operated in good faith and without terms violations, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

You may close your 2vgame account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable withdrawal verification checks have been completed.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the jurisdiction in which 2vgame is incorporated and licensed as an international online gaming operator.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

2vgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 2vgame will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
